The deal. No fine print, no traps.

These are the terms you agree to when you use Study Nurse AI. They're written in plain English on purpose. By creating an account or using the product, you accept what's below. If you don't agree, don't sign up.

1. Who this is for

Study Nurse AI is a study tool for nursing students preparing for the NCLEX-RN. You must be at least 16 to use the product. You're responsible for the security of your login and for everything done from your account.

2. What you can do

  • Upload your own study materials and have them turned into practice questions.
  • Use the generated questions, rationales, flashcards, and tutor responses for your personal exam prep.
  • Cancel your subscription whenever you want, no retention gauntlet.

3. What you cannot do

  • Upload material you don't have rights to. Don't upload another publisher's copyrighted question bank or content you didn't pay for. You agree you have the right to use anything you upload.
  • Resell our generated content. The questions we generate for you are for your personal study. You may not package them up and sell them to other students or institutions.
  • Try to extract the question pool en masse. Automated scraping, abusive request volume, or evading rate limits is grounds for account termination.
  • Share your account. One paid account, one user. We track usage patterns and can detect when an account is being shared across multiple humans.
  • Use the AI tutor for non-study purposes. No jailbreak attempts, no asking for medical advice for a real patient, no asking it to write your discharge summaries.
We don't police study habits. We do police abuse, fraud, and content theft. The line is whether what you're doing hurts other students or the service.

4. Subscriptions and billing

  • Plans are billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
  • You can cancel any time inside the product. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You're not charged again after that.
  • 7-day refund window. If you signed up in the last 7 days and want a refund, email info.stilak@gmail.com with your account email. No questions, no friction.
  • After the 7-day window, partial-month refunds aren't guaranteed but we'll consider them case-by-case if you tell us what happened.
  • Prices may change. If they do, current subscribers get at least 30 days' notice by email and can cancel before the new price takes effect.

5. Generated content and accuracy

Practice questions and rationales are generated by AI. They are good. They are not infallible. Treat them as study aids, not as a source of clinical truth. If a question or rationale is wrong, use the in-app Report button so we can fix it. We do not warrant that any generated content is medically accurate, and you should never act on it in a real clinical setting.

We make no guarantee that using Study Nurse AI will result in a passing NCLEX score. The exam outcome depends on far more than any single tool can control.

6. Your content, our content

  • Your uploads stay yours. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process the files only for the purpose of generating your practice questions and showing you your library. Nothing else.
  • The product, the prompts, the code, and the aesthetic are ours.You don't get a license to copy or rebuild them.

7. Account termination

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, especially around scraping, fraud, or copyright. Where the violation isn't obvious abuse, we'll email you first so you can fix it.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. See the privacy policy for what happens to your data after deletion.

8. Disclaimers

Study Nurse AI is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant uninterrupted service, error-free generation, or that the product will meet your specific exam-prep goals.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Study Nurse AI is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms in a way that materially affects your rights, we'll email registered users and update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.

11. Trademarks

NCLEX® is a registered trademark of NCSBN. Study Nurse AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NCSBN. We build to the published 2026 test plan. That's the extent of the relationship.
