An indie tool for students who needed something better.

Study Nurse AI is built and maintained by one developer. Not a content team, not a venture-funded EdTech startup, not a committee. One person who got tired of watching nursing students pay hundreds of dollars for question banks that were written years before their professor opened the syllabus.

Why this exists

The big NCLEX prep brands sell content libraries. Their value is the question pool, the explanations, the videos. That model works, but it has a structural problem: every student gets the same questions, and those questions were written by people who have never seen your lecture slides.

The thing AI is genuinely good at is generating fresh, structured text from a source you provide. So that's what this tool does. You upload your chapter, your notes, your lecture recording. We turn it into NCLEX-format practice questions in the exact shape the 2026 test plan uses, with rationales that explain why each wrong answer is wrong.

The goal isn't to replace your main QBank. It's to cover the gaps it leaves.

What we will not do

  • No outcome guarantees.You will see competitors promise “pass or your money back.” We don't have outcome data yet to back a claim like that, so we won't pretend we do.
  • No fake nurse advisory boards.If a real nurse contributes here, you'll see their name and credentials. If not, we won't invent one.
  • No annual lock-in. Monthly billing only. Cancel the day after your exam and you owe nothing more.
  • No selling your study materials.What you upload is yours. We use it to generate your questions and that's it. See the privacy policy for the full account.

What we're honest about

AI generation can produce errors. Every question has a Report button. When you flag one, that feedback tunes the prompts for everyone. The product gets better the more students use it.

This is a small operation. Support is email-only and answered by the person who wrote the code. Reach out anytime if something breaks, a question reads wrong, or you want a feature added.

The promise

Build the tool I would have wanted as a student. Charge what an indie tool should charge. Be honest about what it is and isn't. Ship improvements weekly. That's the whole plan.
